Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in the greenhouse, then the party will move into the reception building just a few steps away

Are children welcome?

We love your little ones, but the only children making an appearance will be our flower girl and ring bearers—because, let’s be honest, they have a job to do! After they fulfill their duties (and steal the spotlight for a moment), they’ll be clocking out for the night. So, book that babysitter, enjoy an adult-only evening, and let’s party like we don’t have a 9 p.m. bedtime!

What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal/Formal Attire: We suggest guests wear a suit in any color, a button down and slacks, a long dress, or a cocktail dress (or even a nice pantsuit). Please no jeans.

It's winter, it's cold, am I going to be cold?

No! Thankfully the ceremony is in a temperature controlled greenhouse, the reception is heated, and there will be heaters outside so you'll start warming up during the walk in. We will have a coat check so no need to leave that extra layer behind.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Yes! There is ample parking on-site at the venue

Is there a hotel I should book if I want to stay?

We have reserved a room blocks at three hotels in the area. Please book your stay by December 1st, 2025 to guarantee a room in one of our blocks. To find booking details, please see the "travel" tab for all the information and options.

If I am staying at one of the hotels, is there transportation to the venue?

Yes! If you are staying at the Marriott or Hilton hotel in Holland we have hired a shuttle for guests (15 min drive). The shuttle will take you from the hotel to the venue, and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. Shuttle times will be provided. We will not have transportation for the Best Western.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

We are finalizing the wedding times but plan to start the ceremony around 4:00pm and end the reception around 11:00pm. Invites will have exact times, and we will update this as soon as it's finalized.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony time will be listed on your invitation and we ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the starting time.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a meat, fish, chicken, and pasta option available. You will be able to include dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to go out with the bridal party after the wedding as drinks will not be covered at the bar.

Where can I find your wedding registry?

You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website (and purchase directly from our wish list) under the "Registry" tab.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy music, cocktails, mocktails, and small bites.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the actual wedding. Once cocktail hour starts, take as many photos as you want!

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Yes! Our wedding hashtag is #ColeMates. It'll also be posted around the venue for your convenience.

Who should I contact if I have questions about the wedding?

Please reach directly out to Aaron or Leslie with any questions!
